Bengaluru Tech Company Plants 1,000+ Trees to Combat Urban Heat

Tekion, an automotive retail tech company, launched an urban forest creation initiative in Bengaluru, India, planting over 1,000 saplings of native species near Hebbal Lake. This effort aims to combat the city's rapidly diminishing green cover and rising temperatures. The company has committed to nurturing these trees for the next three years, partnering with the NGO Blue Dot Foundation.
