AI's Uncertainty Opens the Way to New States

We’re at a fascinating point where there’s a decent thesis for starting new companies from the ground up purely to take full advantage of the leverage you get from AI agents. So much about your typical practices have to be re-engineered to get the greatest output from agents. If

No one knows exactly where artificial intelligence will lead in five or ten years. This uncertainty is not a threat but a rare opportunity for those ready to invest time and capital in real solutions rather than forecasts.

According to the Stanford AI Index for 2026, global corporate investment in AI reached 581,7 billion dollars in 2025. Private investment grew by 127,5 percent, and in generative AI it more than doubled. At the same time, a McKinsey survey showed that 88 percent of companies already use AI in at least one function, but only 7 percent have managed to scale it across the entire organization. Money flows like a river, yet tangible profit from it remains scarce so far.

In such a situation, the winners are not those who build the largest models or spend billions on computing power. The winners are entrepreneurs who notice specific customer pain points and solve them with accessible tools. Large corporations often get stuck in bureaucracy and outdated processes, while small teams can quickly test ideas and change course.

Picture a river: the water flows in an unknown direction, but whoever first builds a bridge or a dam in the right place will make a fortune from it. The same is happening with AI. The task is not to guess the future but to create a product people are willing to pay for today. It is precisely in the gap between investment and real scaling that the space for personal wealth lies hidden.

History shows that every major technological wave — the internet, smartphones, cloud services — gave rise to unexpected businesses that became leaders. AI is accelerating this process. A small company or even a single founder can now solve tasks that once required an entire staff of engineers. The main thing is to understand the market, test hypotheses, and get the product to the customer.

Success requires not only an idea but also the discipline of execution. You need to calculate the project's economics, listen to feedback, and be ready to change direction. Those who wait for clarity from experts or for one platform to dominate risk being left on the sidelines while others are already building working companies.

The uncertainty of AI does not cancel the old rule: wealth is created by those who turn opportunities into concrete products and services.
