Shakira's highly anticipated "Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran" tour has officially begun in Mexico, marking her return to Mexican stages after her last visit in 2018. The tour started in Monterrey, Nuevo León, and will continue through Guadalajara and Mexico City. She will perform at the BBVA Stadium in Monterrey on March 12th and 13th, followed by the Akron Stadium in Zapopan, Jalisco on March 16th and 17th, and concluding at the GNP Seguros Stadium in Mexico City on various dates in March. This tour follows the release of her twelfth studio album, "Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran," which debuted at number one in Argentina and Spain, and reached the top 10 in several other countries. In the United States, it peaked at number 13 on the Billboard 200 and topped the Top Latin Albums and Top Latin Pop Albums charts. The album has been certified seven times platinum (Latin) by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). A standout moment in Shakira's history in Mexico was her free concert in Mexico City's Zócalo in 2007, which drew over 210,000 attendees.
