Coldplay's Music of the Spheres Tour Dominates January Boxscores With Record-Breaking Attendance in India

Coldplay's 'Music of the Spheres' world tour continues its record-breaking run, topping January's box office charts with $56.6 million in revenue and 590,000 tickets sold across nine shows. The tour marked Coldplay's first-ever performances in India, where they set a 21st-century attendance record with over 110,000 fans each night in Ahmedabad. These shows grossed $15.7 million and sold 224,000 tickets.

The band's January performances began with four shows in Abu Dhabi, earning $28 million and selling 203,000 tickets. The 'Music of the Spheres' tour has grossed nearly $1.2 billion and sold 10.9 million tickets since its launch in 2022, solidifying its place as one of the highest-grossing tours in history.

Other notable performers in January include Luke Combs and SEVENTEEN, with $30.3 million and $28.8 million, respectively. K-pop groups also had a strong showing, with ENHYPEN earning $7.7 million from two shows. The Sphere in Las Vegas continues to dominate as a top venue, with the Eagles grossing $18.7 million and selling 65,600 tickets over two weekends.
