Changpeng Zhao (CZ), the founder and former CEO of Binance, spoke at Token2049 in Dubai about the future of crypto and AI. During the fireside chat with Raoul Pal, CZ highlighted the need for crypto-AI agents with real utility.
CZ stated that most AI tokens are currently useless, with 99.99% lacking practical applications. He emphasized that AI could revolutionize the crypto user experience, including app interfaces, customer support, and risk monitoring.
CZ also mentioned that he is in talks with about a dozen countries to help them understand how to encourage crypto's growth in their regions. He noted a shift in the last six months, referencing the new administration's pro-crypto stance and similar explorations in the UAE.
