Securitize Manages $38 Billion in Digital Assets After MG Stover Acquisition, Expanding RWA Tokenization

Edited by: Yuliya Shumai

Securitize, a leading tokenization company, has significantly expanded its digital asset operations by acquiring MG Stover's fund administration business. Securitize Fund Services, a subsidiary, now manages over $38 billion across 715 funds, solidifying its position as a major player in the digital asset space.

The acquisition enhances Securitize's ability to serve institutional clients and strengthens its offerings in the rapidly growing real-world asset (RWA) tokenization market. Securitize has issued over $3.3 billion in onchain assets, including BlackRock's BUIDL, a tokenized US Treasury fund, which holds nearly $2.5 billion in assets.

Securitize is also partnering with Ethena Labs to develop Converge, an Ethereum-compatible blockchain for the RWA economy. Additionally, Mantra blockchain has launched a $109 million ecosystem fund to support RWA and DeFi startups, further demonstrating the increasing momentum and investment in the tokenization of real-world assets.
