Edited by: Yuliya Shumai

In 2024, Coinbase Global earned $908 million from Circle's USDC stablecoin, according to a recent filing. This revenue stems from a 50% share of the residual income generated from USDC reserves, influenced by the amount of USDC held on Coinbase's exchange. Circle, with $155 million in net income on $1.67 billion in total revenue, filed with the SEC on April 1, 2025, to go public on the NYSE under the ticker CRCL. Additionally, Sony recently announced support for USDC payments online in Singapore, facilitated by Crypto.com.
