Auradine, a Silicon Valley-based firm, launched its Teraflux AH3880 hydro-cooled Bitcoin miner on Tuesday, addressing computational demands and energy costs. The miner boasts a hash rate of 600 TH/s with an efficiency of 14.5 J/TH, surpassing popular models like the Antminer S19j Pro. This innovation aims to reduce reliance on overseas hardware suppliers and is beneficial for miners operating liquid-cooled data centers. The product launch comes amid increased scrutiny of Bitcoin mining hardware imports by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, potentially impacting North American mining companies. Auradine, backed by MARA, hopes to build on its $150 million annual revenue run rate following an $80 million Series B funding round. The company claims the new miner will help U.S. domestic miners avoid rising costs, supply chain delays and uncertainty around long-term hardware availability.
