Cardano Partners with SERPRO to Advance Blockchain Adoption in Brazil's Public Sector

The Cardano Foundation announced a partnership with SERPRO, Brazil's state-owned technology firm, to boost blockchain adoption within the country's public sector. Announced today, the collaboration aims to drive digital innovation and equip SERPRO's 8,000 employees with blockchain expertise through the Cardano Academy program. SERPRO, which supports over 750 digital solutions and processes 33 billion transactions annually, manages 90% of Brazil's federal public administration structural systems. This initiative seeks to enhance transparency and improve service delivery for millions of Brazilian citizens, positioning Brazil as a leader in digital governance in Latin America.
