Australian billionaire James Packer has sold his Beverly Hills mansion for $60 million [2, 5]. The deal, finalized in late April 2025, marks the highest residential sale in Beverly Hills so far this year [2, 9].
Located at 1028 Ridgedale Drive, the 12-bedroom, 18-bathroom estate was previously owned by Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman, and was also rented by Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez [2, 3]. Packer purchased the property in 2018 for approximately $64 million [3, 7].
Kurt Rappaport from Westside Estate Agency and Drew Fenton from Carolwood Estates represented Packer in the transaction [2, 12]. In March 2025, Packer acquired a Bel-Air mansion for $110 million, also with Rappaport and Fenton's representation [2, 3].
