SpaceX successfully launched its Starlink 6-75 mission on Thursday, May 1, 2025, from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. The Falcon 9 rocket, carrying 28 new Starlink satellites, ascended into low Earth orbit.

These satellites will join the constellation of over 7,200 broadband satellites already in orbit, expanding SpaceX's Starlink network. The launch occurred at 9:51 p.m. EDT (0151 GMT on May 2) from Launch Complex-40.

The Falcon 9 booster, designated B1080, executed its 18th launch and 12th Starlink mission, landing safely on the drone ship 'Just Read the Instructions' in the Atlantic Ocean. This launch marked SpaceX's 51st Falcon 9 mission in 2025 and the 34th dedicated to Starlink.
