Temu, Shein to Raise Prices in the Us Due to Trump-Era Tariffs

Edited by: Света Света

Nashville, Apr 17 - Temu and Shein will increase prices for US customers starting next week. This is due to rising operating expenses from changes in global trade rules and tariffs.

The price adjustments, effective April 25, follow President Trump's tariffs on goods shipped from China. The tariffs include a 145% levy on most Chinese products and the end of a duty-free exemption for goods under $800.

Both companies have significantly reduced advertising spending recently. Amazon launched a similar low-cost storefront in November.
