Airtel and SpaceX Partner to Bring Starlink Internet Services to India

Bharti Airtel and SpaceX have signed an agreement to explore bringing Starlink's high-speed internet services to customers in India. The deal, subject to regulatory approval for SpaceX to sell Starlink in India, aims to complement and expand Airtel's offerings using Starlink technology. The collaboration will explore offering Starlink equipment at Airtel's retail stores, Starlink services via Airtel to business customers, and opportunities to connect communities, schools, and health centers in remote areas. Airtel and SpaceX will also assess how Starlink can enhance the Airtel network and how SpaceX can leverage Airtel's ground infrastructure in India.
