Infinite Reality Achieves $12.25 Billion Valuation After $3 Billion Funding Round

Infinite Reality, a company focused on artificial intelligence, announced on January 8, 2025, that it has reached a valuation of $12.25 billion following a $3 billion funding round.

Founded in 2019, Infinite Reality offers services utilizing AI and immersive technologies to enhance audience engagement and monetization for brands and creators. CEO John Acunto stated that the company enables clients to transform their 2D websites into immersive spaces, optimizing sales through AI.

The recent capital was raised from a private investor with a focus on global technology and real estate investments. Institutional backers include Live Nation, T-Mobile Ventures, RSE Ventures, and Lux Capital.

Investor interest in AI has surged since the launch of ChatGPT by OpenAI in November 2022, significantly contributing to the recovery of U.S. venture capital funding. In 2024, total capital raised increased by nearly 30 percent, according to Pitchbook.

Other notable AI startups are also seeing substantial valuations, with Anthropic reportedly nearing a $2 billion deal, raising its valuation to $60 billion.
