Celebrity Memorabilia Auction Raises Over $225,000 for Los Angeles Wildfire Relief Efforts

A recent auction featuring memorabilia donated by celebrities like Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter, and Dave Grohl raised over $225,000 for Los Angeles wildfire relief. The "Give A Frock" campaign auctioned off nearly 80 items, including outfits and instruments, to benefit charities supporting those affected by the devastating fires earlier this year. Chappell Roan's sequined marching band unitard from her "Hot To Go" music video fetched $117,475 alone. Sabrina Carpenter's polka-dot outfit from "Taste" and blue velvet mini dress from "Please Please Please" sold for $22,225 and $34,925 respectively. Dave Grohl's signed Epiphone guitar went for $50,800. Other items included Billie Eilish's ear clips, Charli XCX's custom Gucci tracksuit, Shirley Manson's dress from Garbage's "I Think I'm Paranoid" video, and Beastie Boys' personalized Adidas tracksuits. The funds will aid organizations like One Voice, Altadena Girls, Pasadena Humane, and Friends in Deed, assisting communities impacted by the fires that caused significant economic losses and widespread destruction.
