The son of a Colombian banking billionaire, Josh Gilinski, has put his West Hollywood mansion and a Bel-Air lot on the market for a combined $102 million. The West Hollywood property, located in the Bird Streets, is listed for $63 million. Gilinski bought the half-acre lot in 2018 for $11 million and spent six years constructing the 13,900-square-foot home, but never lived in it. The mansion features a 35-foot Jacaranda tree atrium, a 1,000-bottle wine cellar, and a wellness suite.
Gilinski is also selling a 1.3-acre vacant lot in Bel-Air for $39 million. He purchased the lot in 2018 for $25.6 million. It comes with approved plans for a 27,500-square-foot home designed by the late architect Howard Backen. Gilinski's decision to sell stems from his move to Miami after starting a family.
