Córdoba province in Argentina has launched the "Camino de las Cocinas Tradicionales" (Traditional Kitchens Trail), a new initiative designed to immerse visitors in the region's rich culinary heritage.

This trail invites travelers to explore the diverse gastronomic landscape of Córdoba, spanning regions like the north, Sierras Chicas, Traslasierra, and Mar Chiquita. The aim is to boost local tourism and support small-scale food production.

Participants can savor traditional dishes, sample local ingredients, and learn about the production process, appreciating the traditions behind each meal. This initiative builds upon previous efforts to promote Córdoba's gastronomy.

The "Tour de Cocinas Utuco 2025" has already showcased regional products through menus in various towns. Córdoba also highlighted its heritage and cuisine at FITUR 2025, emphasizing historic taverns and popular events that reflect the local culinary identity.

This new trail further positions Córdoba as a gastronomic destination, celebrating the diversity and richness of its traditional flavors. It offers a unique opportunity to connect visitors with local cooks and producers.
