Serbia Offers Travel Vouchers: 10,000 Dinars for Eligible Citizens to Explore Local Destinations in 2025

Serbia is launching a new initiative to boost domestic tourism by offering travel vouchers worth 10,000 dinars to eligible citizens. Starting April 17, 2025, pensioners, students, the unemployed, agricultural workers, and other eligible groups can apply for these vouchers at post offices. The vouchers can be used until November 20, 2025, to cover accommodation costs at participating hotels and guesthouses across Serbia. The government will distribute 30,000 vouchers in the first round. Hospitality businesses can register to participate in the voucher program via the 'Turista' system starting April 11, 2025, with the first list of participating establishments published on April 15, 2025, on the Ministry of Tourism and Youth website. This initiative aims to encourage local travel and support the tourism sector.
