Palazzo Hospitality Expands to Eswatini: Luxury Hotel and Convention Center Set to Open in Late 2025, Boosting Tourism

Get ready, Eswatini! Palazzo Hospitality, known for the opulent Palazzo Versace Dubai, is bringing its signature luxury to Africa. They've just signed an agreement to manage the Palazzo Ezulwini Hotel and Convention Center, a sprawling 190-hectare property poised to redefine the Kingdom's tourism landscape.

With construction already 80% complete, the grand opening is slated for the final quarter of 2025. Imagine a seven-story luxury hotel spanning 51,000 square meters, offering unparalleled accommodations, exquisite dining, and top-notch wellness facilities. The Convention Center is equally impressive, boasting multiple theater halls for up to 1,800 guests, meeting rooms, exhibition areas, and a 340-seat restaurant. A skywalk will connect the hotel and convention center, complete with retail outlets and dining options.

Monther Darwish, founder and chairman of Palazzo Hospitality, believes this project will put Eswatini on the map for international tourism and drive economic growth. The Minister of Tourism and Environmental Affairs of Eswatini, Honourable Jane Mkhonta-Simelane, echoed this sentiment, highlighting the partnership's potential to make the Kingdom a beacon of hope and a tourism center for the continent and the world.
