The 'Saksham' centre supports holistic development through play-based and experiential learning, aligning with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework 2023. It includes a digital learning zone, library, indoor games, and creative areas for music, art, and theatre.

The centre also focuses on life skills such as health, hygiene, and value-based education. Minister Sona emphasized the importance of these initiatives in fostering curiosity and joy for learning. The centre is open to the public, allowing students from Pasighat and neighboring schools to benefit.
