Remake Learning Days, born from a simple question ten years ago, has evolved into a global celebration of hands-on learning. Originating in Pittsburgh, the festival showcases innovative educational opportunities for children and families. It now spans 15 regions worldwide, offering diverse learning experiences. The Southwestern Pennsylvania festival, running from May 1-23, features hundreds of free events. These events, hosted by various community organizations, cover themes like Arts, Maker, and Technology. Activities range from indoor scuba diving to podcasting, catering to pre-K through high school students. Remake Learning Days is a collaborative effort supported by numerous foundations and organizations. The festival provides a platform for students to demonstrate their skills and knowledge. It also fosters family engagement and previews summer learning opportunities, creating a true community effort.
