While specialists like doctors and teachers are currently indispensable, Gates believes AI will become readily available, offering medical advice and personalized tutoring. This "free intelligence" era, however, raises concerns about the speed and potential scope of AI's influence. Some experts suggest AI will enhance human capabilities and create new jobs, while others foresee workforce destabilization. In Nigeria, the government is actively preparing citizens for AI-related jobs, launching initiatives like the 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) program to train young people in technical skills.
