Meanwhile, ATB Financial, in partnership with the University of Alberta, is launching a leadership certification program. Designed to enhance leadership skills, the program offers participants a U of A certificate, an industry designation, and post-secondary credits applicable to MBA programs. ATB Financial, with $65.5 billion in assets, aims to professionalize leadership within the organization through this initiative.
